Kris's seasonal cuisine is classical and modern Mediterranean (with special dishes such as grilled octopus, osso bucco, pasta and flatbreads) in a casual, contemporary atmosphere. Kris offers a full wine list and an Italian-crafted beer selection, plus outdoor dining. This gift certificate may be used Sunday through Friday with reservations made one week in advance.

SI Kids Editor & Niketown Design Your Own Shoes

Is there a future journalist in your house? Your child and a friend (grades 4-8) will visit the Sports Illustrated Kids offices in the Time Life Building in New York and act as Guest Editors! The two students, accompanied by two parents, will meet with the magazine staff and "preside" over an ideas meeting and help the editors plan future issues. Then, they'll shadow editors, designers and photo editors as they assist with creating the magazine's upcoming stories. To top it off they'll get a chance to design their own Sports Illustrated Kids mock cover starring themselves. This keepsake will be suitable for framing and will be a lasting memory of a once-in-a-lifetime experience. You'll share lunch with the editors and the students can pitch their story ideas (or future employment dreams).

Then customize your very own sneakers at the NIKE id Studio in NYC (one pair per child.). Pick your own colors and materials, put your name and number on the shoes, and try on studio exclusive styles. Make an appointment for a one-on-one session with a design consultant at Niketown, 6 E. 57th Street, NYC. Your special shoes will be shipped to your home!

This is your opportunity to play host and relax with friends without all the at-home prep work. Fall-themed entertainment is included.

One week vacation slope-side at Camelback Mountain. Enjoy this three-story townhome that sleeps up to 8 people with 2 bedrooms and a loft. Also includes Great Room, full kitchen and 1.5 baths. A true ski-in/ski-out location! Home is available winter, spring, summer or fall. If you are not a skier, enjoy CamelBeach Water Park, canoeing, kayaking, whitewater rafting, hiking, biking and fishing.

Vacation is for a mutually agreed upon week to be taken by March 3, 2013. Due to lack of AC, August is not recommended.
